This role plays a pivotal part in the transformation journey of the overall finance function. The primary responsibilities encompass creating a roadmap for the finance transformation, automation and process improvement along with working on other responsibilities within team pertaining to overall planning and analysis for Company. It involves working independently with functional heads, determining key issues in integration of processes and data, to create a unified solution for FP&A.  As a part of diversified learning program, some of the ad-hoc requests pertaining to investor relations, business planning and monthly business analysis need to be addressed by the incumbent.

Key strategic priorities of the role are mentioned below (including but not limited to)-

  1. Financial transformation
    1. Creating future roadmap
    2. Detailing around scope of work and business requirement document
    3. Assessment and benchmarking of available solutions and implementation partners
    4. Creating a detailed project plan clearly identifying the critical path for implementation
    5. Managing multiple stakeholder within the company and implementation partner, to ensure the smooth implementation, adhering to timelines
  2. Monthly Reporting and analysis:
    1. Provide financial and analytical support to all levels of management across all functions through routine reporting and analysis of operating results and evaluate performance
    2. Working closely with finance and actuarial counterparts to maintain accuracy and relevance of reporting
    3. Partnering with Channel leads/distribution partners to drive business plans
  3. Investor Relations
    1. Preparation of investor release decks
    2. Preparation for Earning call
    3. Monitor Market trends
    4. Tracking and coming up with insights on financial results of close competitors
  4. Business Planning:
    1. Extend support in preparation of annual sales, product mix targets along with cost budget
    2. Analysis of other financial parameters basis planning inputs
